Step 1 – On-site survey. Technicians measure the room area, assess natural and artificial light sources, determine screen placement, wiring and signal routing, and record specific usage requirements (internal meetings, customer presentations, online meetings with branches).
Step 2 – Designing the solution. Based on the survey data, the technical department proposes screen size, pitch, installation type (in-wall, surface-mounted, or mobile), and prepares a detailed quotation. Luxmage always provides two to three options with different budgets.
Step 3 – Providing synchronized equipment. All LED modules, controllers, cables, mechanical frames, and software are imported from reputable brands (Nationstar, Kinglight, NovaStar) and delivered as a single unit, ensuring absolute compatibility.
Step 4 – Installation. Certified electrical technicians install the frame, attach modules, connect signal and power cables, align the entire screen surface, and then calibrate the colors to ensure consistency between modules.
Step 5 – Handover and Training. Luxmage will conduct an in-person training session at the customer's office, instructing on how to turn on/off, switch power sources, split the screen, and adjust brightness. Detailed PDF documents and video tutorials will be provided.
Step 6 – Warranty and Maintenance. Manufacturer's warranty ranges from 12 to 36 months depending on the product line. 24/7 technical support is available via phone and TeamViewer. Our technical team will be on-site within 24 hours in major cities when a problem occurs.

Do LED screen systems in meeting rooms consume a lot of electricity?
The average power consumption of a high-quality LED screen ranges from 200-400W/m² when displayed at maximum brightness. This is lower than a projector of the same screen size. Users can set the screen to automatically reduce brightness during off-peak hours to save energy.
Can businesses install it themselves to save costs?
Not recommended. Installing a meeting room LED screen system requires module alignment with an error margin of less than 0.1mm, color calibration between modules, and controller programming to handle multiple input signals. Self-installation can lead to uneven screens, inconsistent colors, or the risk of short circuits due to incorrect power connections.
Is the system compatible with MacBooks and other Apple devices?
Yes. The controller supports HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C ports. With the optional wireless receiver, the system supports AirPlay, allowing connection from MacBooks, iPads, and iPhones.
What is the warranty period for Luxmage products?
A minimum of 12 months for the entire system. High-end LED modules are warranted for 24 or 36 months. The warranty policy is clearly stated in the contract.
